ICON Multimedia supports the Professional Training as “a tool to facilitate labor insertion and motivate the students”. This is what Enrique Hornos, Managing Director of ICON Multimedia and Vanesa Burgos, CIFP Camino de la Miranda tutor have said during the conference about Professional Training celebrated  this morning at the Palencia Chamber of Commerce .

Two trainees from Camino de la Miranda has been working at ICON Multimedia since last April, thanks to the support of ‘Dualiza’ promoted by Fundación Bankia. The financial institution supports the Project ‘ Local Abilities Development for Education, Business Intelligente and CRM implementation’ hosted by Camino de la Miranda. In this way, ICON Multimedia offers the students the opportunity to carry out a paid-grant and at the same time, learning in a real work context.

The common project between ICON Multimedia and Camino de la Miranda was one of the 36 national initiatives within the Bankia ‘Dualiza’ call, who allocated almost 400,000 euros to the total of projects. In Castilla y León only three candidatures were selected. ICON Multimedia’s project was selected among almost 300 presented. The maximum allocation of each one is 20,000 euros in order to guarantee quality in terms of innovation.
